**otevřené vzdělávací zdroje** = Open Educational Resources (OER): Volně dostupné vzdělávací a studijní materiály uvolněné pod otevřenou licencí. Uživatelé je mohou bezplatně využívat, upravovat a dále šířit bez omezení. Mohou zahrnovat jakýkoliv typ vzdělávacího zdroje, od učebnic a knih až po celé kurzy.
